A DAY OF FORREST YOGA with ANN HYDE & CATHERINE ALLEN

• This special day is part of the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program (FYMP) that Ann Hyde and Catherine Allen are co-teaching. The morning intensive (9:00-11:30) will be taught by Cat and Ann. The afternoon class (time TBA) will be taught by Forrest Yoga teachers who are participating in the FYMP. $35 whole day OR $30 for morning intensive OR $10 for afternoon class.
